Curious

Helping others has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember — long before it became my career. That pull has guided me through a wide range of clinical experiences: supporting survivors of domestic violence, working in HIV/AIDS healthcare, counseling students in schools, providing grief support in hospice, and delivering Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with adolescents and adults. Today, I work in private practice with adults and young adults, drawing on a variety of clinical approaches tailored to each person I work with.
What drives me is genuine curiosity — about you, about what brings you to therapy, and about how I can best support you. I'm a lifelong learner who actively pursues training and new modalities so I can bring fresh perspectives to my practice. I believe growth looks different for everyone, and I work collaboratively with my clients to find the path that fits them.
When you work with me, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and met exactly where you are. I bring warmth, acceptance, and a genuinely non-judgmental presence to every session. My hope is that together we can build a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, open, and ready for change.
